craze run 2015

 my first attempt in running competition. took part in the craze run at the husm on saturday. it was a trail run with multiple obstacles. i did it in 18mins , for 4km of obstacle run , which is ok. but not good enough to get onto the podium. i finished at 8th place for men's open category
will do better next time
need to train harder!
