New month, new start :) Let's hope a better month! It's a worldwide holiday today , but there are some of us who still working in order to keep the world keep going around. Someone need to take the bullet for the team rite? Yesterday was a beautiful day compared to the other past "unhappy" few days of my life. Well, generally - this year april had been a "depressing + gloomy + melancholy " month for me. I'm very glad that april had left us and let's hope for a better sunshine in May. God Willing!

Went out for lunch with Por in the afternoon to celebrate his birthday. After that we decided to go rowing at the lake since I've been promising shida about that for the past one month. Hence, I gave shida a call, asked her to get ready and we'll pick her up on our way back home.

As u can see in the google map above, the lake is located quite near to my house. About 2.5 km to be exact. Walking to the lake , is kinda a light exercise and very refreshing. The lake itself may not be as big as the Baikal Lake in Irkut, but it's beautiful and spectacular enuf - considering the pollution of the city around it.

The boat ride would cost u around 200rubles. It actually depend on how many ppl going on the boat. Like ours, for 3 ppl - it costed 200rubles (RM 27) per hour. But, if u take the 4 ppl boat - it'll only cost 230rubles (RM 31) per hour. Therefore, if u are planning to go for boat ride, get 4 ppl - it's cheaper!

Yeah, after 6 years living near the lake - this is the 1st time Por took the boat ride. He was pretty scare to jump on the boat initially. I reckon he never row before :P Rich kid rite ... never row, just luxury speed boat and big yatch ( is there any yatch any perlis Por?)
